Company Strike-Off Services in Singapore
If you are planning to close your company, you may apply for a strike off with ACRA to remove the entity from the official register.
How the Strike-Off Process Works?
Once your strike-off application is submitted, ACRA typically reviews it within 5 working days. When approved, ACRA will issue a striking-off notice to the company, its directors, company secretary, and IRAS.
If no objections are received within the next one month, ACRA will publish your company’s name in the First Gazette Notification.
After a further two months, if no objections arise, your company will appear in the Final Gazette Notification, and it will be officially struck off from the register. The effective strike-off date will be stated in the notice.
